By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Axio Anesthesia at the mobile number you provided, including appointment and procedure reminders, callback and scheduling messages, and office notifications. You may also text us with scheduling questions and receive replies. We do not send marketing messages under this program.
  2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.
  3. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your text or data plan.
  4. Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@axioanesthesia.com.
  5. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@axioanesthesia.com or 940-294-6991.
  6. Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving care or any service.
  7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Not for emergencies or sensitive information. Text messages are not monitored continuously and are not for emergencies; call 911 in an emergency. Please do not text detailed medical information. Messages are informational and are not medical advice.
  9. Changing your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can update our records.
  10. Eligibility. You must be the account holder of the mobile number or have the holder's permission.
  11. Privacy. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  12. Changes. We may change these terms; the current version will be posted at this page.
